An incoming long time on the run for Fetison Andrianirina

Soldiers in civilian clothes and state police elements were on the verge of arresting Fetison Andrianirina on Thursday January 28th in the Carlton hotel. The cochairman of the late Transition planned a press conference meant to be held there at 04:30 p.m.

In the end, Fetison Andrianirina went in for a phone line conference. His physical presence was on the scene was made impossible by the very much physical presence of soldiers there too. The cochairman of the late Transition yet estimated himself entitled to immunity due to his functions defined by the additional agreement signed in Addis-Ababa, Ethiopia.
