Crammed beaches at Foulpointe

It is not without reason if beaches of Foulpointe, or Mahavelona, are more particularly crammed. Many holiday makers, nationals like foreigners, chose this destination this August, in particular for the beauty of the beach of Foulpointe, located at about fifty kilometers from Toamasina. Sun baths, bathe and walks in the dugout are the principal pastimes of the holiday makers who chose Mahavelona. The more so as the weather was more than lenient during last days, in spite of the winter cold which prevails on certain areas of the Malagasy highlands. Foulpointe is currently regarded as “most beautiful and most pleasant of the beaches of the Eastern coast of Madagascar”.
