Didier Ratsiraka calling upon a summit of Madagascar´s political leaders

Didier Ratsiraka is displaying evidences of his will to reach a genuine consensual settlement of the crisis. A potential summit of political party leaders is however hinting the return of both of the exiled former presidents, whereas the High Authority of Transition is absolutely ruling Marc Ravalomanana´s return out.

Various other forces would equally be invited. In between, the opposition´s spheres have made their refusal to enter Camille Vital´s government crystal clear. After a couple of years of rocky mediation, the SADC will address Madagascar´s case from March 31st anew.
