General Noel Rakotonandrasana: a hybrid Council publicly unveiled

The general Noel Rakotonandrasana is not eager to restrict to military activities behind the fences of a base camp. He lately presented the Joint Superior Council of Mediation and Ethics. This new thing is theoretically meaning to fill in the current political crisis’ gaps, namely mediation and ethics. “We have been struggling together but we noticed that the population is having hard days, we have to remedy this in respect of the popular struggle “. According to the former Defense minister, the JSCME would be caring for each and everyone’s interest. “We have already proposed it to the HAT leader. We are intending to capitalize it on the short term in order to save the country”.  

The council mediation and ethics called upon all Malagasy citizens, traditional chiefs, parties, peasants, and economic operators to contribute to the constitution of the new organization’s bureau. “We are going to put an open structure in order to… to save the country, restore the fihavanana between the Malagasy, and restore justice…” Noel Rakotonandrasana subsequently induced some superhero ingredient into his show by promising that the JSCME would support the restoration of unfairly seized lands to their basic owners. “I have duly started to tackle the issue earlier before but everything has been suspended”, explained the former Defense minister.  

According to Noel Rakotonandrasana, the Council would be made of militaries and raiamandreny bound to face up to their responsibilities. “So is the organization accused of planning a putsch”, he regretted The general confirmed his eternal support to Andry Rajoelina and repeated that the JSCME would offer proposals to the dictatorship’s leader. The former minister is preaching openness. “Leaders refraining to listen to the people claiming freedom is no good thing”, he argued.  

The cure is a little bit too late. The general Rakotonandrasana yet argued that Andry Rajoelina had been told about the new hybrid movement’s erection process. But the joint council is by itself inclining to the opposition. Its basic but dim goals, the quick reduction of daily life hardship, the restoration of the armed forces’ honor and the restoration of justice, are actually more political than anything else. The JSCME is definitely disputing the Rajoelina regime by making no secret of its intentions to cleanse the power by casting some of the HAT leaders’ advisors aside. The organization pledged by Noel Rakotonandrasana is also aiming at lifting the African Union’s sanctions against the Malagasy imposed authorities, and nothing less than the restoration of Madagascar’s international statue while preserving national sovereignty. According to the former defense minister, the JSCME project would have been presented once more to Andry Rajoelina.
