Gouvernement Vital 2 : all three spheres slamming the door at the HAT

Camille Vital inherited ministers from the fake national unity government led by Monja Roindefo. The ministers basically meant to be stemming from the other spheres have been swearing allegiance to the TGV ever since. Andry Rajoelina decided to keep the Prime minister who successfully mastered the army and the opposition, and by so doing, preserved his power. Prime minister Vital was then to recruit ministers from the Rajoelina  sphere supportive parties. Somehow, the general Vital is however conscious that it would not be a pledge for international recognition.  
 
“As Prime minister of consensus, I called upon the other spheres to put names forth, they chose to turn away, so be it, we have to move forward “, declared Camille Vital. Baiting some of the Ravalomanana sphere´s figures remains the last resort. The defector Yves Aime Rakotoarisoa pretended to have been endowed with the sacred mission of leading the Ravalomanana sphere into a consensual transition, was however publicly dejected by Marc Ravalomanana himself.  
 
Fuelling division and confusion has always been being the HAT-TGV strategy, now implemented by its prime minister in order to induce shades of consensus in the transition required by the international community. Since the Ratsiraka sphere appears very much united, Pierrot Rajaonarivelo and his controversial position were held as the next card up the HAT sleeve. The admiral simply reiterated that the Ratsiraka sphere would keep out of from the Vital government.  
 
Didier Ratsiraka firmly addressed his supporters in order to thwart the HAT led corruption attempt. “No one has to enter there in the name of respect of conventions and signatures made before the international community “. Camille Vital is definitely not being recognized by the Ratsiraka mobility. “Such an appointment was unilaterally made by parties which agreed on the roadmap´s draft, actually supporting the regime. This is everything but a way to serenity and international respect”, declared Angel Andrianarisoa, chief of the sphere´s delegation.  
 
The HAT tried then to weaken the Zafy sphere through the group of HPM parties. The professor’s side rejects the present draft which not only fails to settle the crisis, but creates further more troubles “. The Vital government 2`s doors are being slammed anew. The Ratsiraka and the Zafy spheres are jointly calling upon  the organization of a summit of sphere leaders, for the sake of reaching a trully consensual and inclusive roadmap. Unlike the first one, the second sphere is however appearing opened to the involvement of various other less relevant forces.  
 
The Ravalomanana sphere displays its good will. “We are absolutely not systematically standing against whoever appointed as national unity prime minister”, declared Fetison Andrianirina. The chief of delegation expressed later on his skepticism concerning the HAT´s choice.” Is the international community really expected to recognize Camille Vital, a figure in charge since the latest 15 months “, wondered Fetison Andrianirina. The former political prisoner of the HAT wondered whether the general Vital was ever contributing to lower tensions.
