For being conscious of the general weariness, the political leaders are generally consenting to the new round of negotiation in order to drive Madagascar out of from the political crisis.

In a communiqué, Andry Rajoelina reiterated its will to go to Johannesburg. In the backstage, some ministers keep on displaying their reluctances. Some members of the High Authority of Transition also oppose it. But Rajoelina knows that the extension of the crisis is not necessarily good for his own little self.

The negotiation round basically meant to take place in Johannesburg on April 28th, will be normally involving the four mobility leaders bound by the Maputo and Addis-Ababa agreements,  namely Andry Rajoelina, Marc Ravalomanana, Didier Ratsiraka and Albert Zafy.
