Mahajanga city’s city hall employees broke

The city hall’s employees haven’t been paid during the latest seven months. The government came to the rescue, somehow. The equivalent of three months’ wages were paid, but not to each and everyone. So, workers decided to stop working. Garbage is dangerously starting to litter the streets as a consequence. The resumption of pest epidemics can no more be ruled out.
