The Raiamandreny Mijoro and the Civil Society’s Coalition delivered the National Conference’s resolutions to the official customer, the HAT leader. Although remaining internationally non recognized by the mediation, this meeting of the Rajoelina sphere and many other parties will become a point break.

National conference : resolutions delivered to the client

Andry Rajoelina denied having ordered the various commissions’ results, namely those concerning his own little self, when receiving the national conference’s resolutions from the Raiamandreny mijoro. The national conference’s real stake was the reduction of the president’s age to 35 years. Job done. “What was decided by the national conference is not dedicated to a single figure, but to the whole Malagasy people”, said Andry Rajoelina.

The authority’s leader is repeatedly skirting around questions concerning his intentions in relation with this set to measure Constitution. However, he argued that elections were off the point as far as he is concerned. “My duty is to drive us to the 4th Republic. The people is longing for change”, said Andry Rajoelina. As a justification he mentioned the large scale building projects capitalized or to be allegedly capitalized in the transitional short term: “we are going to complete in a short time what the others failed to do”

Prudence concerning the dismissal of all of the elected mayors

Andry Rajoelina has been displaying prudence concerning his supporters’ incredible will to politically behead all of the TIM party mayors, and replace them with designated SPDs. The lesson stemmed from the undue clean sweep on the Parliament shortly after the year 2009’s putsch has apparently remained well printed. The young leader reminded that he was also mayor, and that he fully understood these elected figures’ reactions. “I’m bound to face up to my responsibilities induced by the implementation of the national conference’s resolutions”, he said.

“ we are settling problems, and not creating different ones, we will be addressing the designation process”, warned Andry Rajoelina.  On September 20th in the evening, a Cabinet Meeting decided that municipal and communal elections would be taking place on December 20th 2010, neither a good nor a bad thing for HAT supporters. The selected participants clearly displayed their political will to kick the elected mayors by welcoming the proposal with cheers.

“the intended second national conference is a way to confuse citizens furthermore.  We are moving forward, a big step is being completed by the Raiamandreny mijoro and the civil society, so we are capitalizing the electoral schedule”, said Andry Rajoelina. The point break is now behind. Andry Rajoelina’s potential way to the presidency of his Republic is technically paved.

For being compelled to draw the transition to an end whatever it takes, Andry Rajoelina and the HAT couldn’t afford to postpone their national conference furthermore. A political deal with the opposition’s three spheres is increasingly off the point. The dictating authority seems committed to do away with the consensus required by the international community and to wave goodbye to international recognition
