National observers denouncing November 17th´s irregularities

The CNOE clearly blamed the electoral registers. Far too many voters were kept out of them in spite of the census conducted district after district

The observers equally regretted that practically no delegate in favor of the NO vote was present in polling stations

These remarks produced by the CNOE were obviously not to the high authority of transition´s liking at all. The regime´s defenders found nothing better as an excuse than drawing a list of irregularities allegedly noticed under Marc Ravalomanana.
