Talks effectively took place. In the end, the opening proposed by the Prime minister Camille Vital proved to have been a vital interest for not so many people as expected. The opposition’s main political mobilities politely turned the offer down.
Since the team of the transitional leader, Andry Rajoelina, definitely chosen to leave the negotiation table by appointing colonel Camille Vital as government chief in replacement of the national unity Prime minister Eugene Mangalaza, the mobilities bound by the agreements signed in Maputo and Addis-Ababa set a tenser tone.
The political duel has to come to an end. The HAT keeps on its way. The legislative elections must be organized its way. The other mobilities as so stubbornly require national reconciliation and power sharing based on the agreements signed by the end of 2009.
