Norbert Ratsirahonana and Annick Rajaona expected to replace the transitional leader in Tanzania

The transitional leader preferred to leave the stage in Dar Es Salam to a couple of his closest advisors. A meeting between Andry Rajoelina and Marc Ravalomanana is basically meant to take place in Tanzania while the SADC is itself gathering in the country’s Capital city, but the transitional leader rather sent his closest mentors, namely Norbert Ratsirahonana and Annick Rajaona in his own stead. They had a stopover in Nairobi, Kenya, and did not directly join Dar Es Salam as the other delegations did.
