The resigning Foreign Office minister is not keen on considering his stay on this department's top as a failure.

Ny Hasina Andriamanjato: optimism anyway

power transfer between Ny Hasina Andriamanjato and vice admiral Hypolite Ramaroson, the brand new deputy Prime minister in charge of the Foreign Office, has been, this time around, peacefully completed on Thursday February 25th. The new Foreign Office’s boss would be anxious to fill his predecessor’s gaps.

At the end of one year of imposed transition, Andry Rajoelina’s staff is still finding as so hard to earn international recognition. In spite of these difficulties, Ny Hasina Andriamanjato supported his staff’s positive sheet, for arguing that the international community’s pending sanctions would have come into force quite earlier, had they not been braked by his department’s efforts.

Ny Hasina Andriamanjato subsequently did not make a secret of his expectation of a new position within a possible national unity government.
