Jean Omer Beriziky gave a piece of his mind to the Special Electoral Court when condemning a "far too flagrant blunder" as a response to the validation of Andry Rajoelina's candidacy to the incoming presidential election basically expected to take place on july, 24th. The Prime Minister declared however that he could nothing but ring the alarm bell in face of such a deviation. The transitional government is actually not allowed to touch the Special Electoral Court members.

Imbiky Anaclet, the transitional prime minister’s legal advisor got invited by the prime minister himself in the of a press conference, to address the current transitional leader’s controversial presidential candidacy. Imbiky Anaclet emphasized to the journalists that the files reception deadline was imposed by the law and could consequently not be extend at all. Yet, that Andry Rajoelina’s candidacy application was recieved by the Special Electoral Court on April 28th beyond 17 hours, local time, is an opened secret.
