Raising water levels once again a concern for the capital city´s lowest districts

Two days long rainfalls proved enough to stuff some gutters. The city hall´s agents tackled the issue the most basic way. Sewers are brimming and subsequently threatening to drown many of these poorly equipped though inhabited mushroom districts, like “La Reunion Kely” as an example, near Ampefiloha, along the railway.
