Référendum: Déjà des soupçons de fraude

One of the TV PLUS channel`s correspondents revealed that civil servants would have been corrupted and delivered voting ballots in the Alaotra Mangoro region, east of Madagascar.  The electoral commission had to react.

November 17th`s referendum is being expected to be the first High Authority of Transition led one. The opposition is boycotting the unilateral process.
