Simao´s roadmap: unilateral acceptation and no consensus yet

The ceremony was not official. The international community´s representatives made the  move in order to display their support. The Rajoelina sphere and its allies involved in the manufacture of faked consensus and inclusiveness gave their consent to the draft pledging the reshuffle of transitional institutions and the preparation of elections. 
 
“We are fully satisfied “, commented the TGV party`s chairwoman who would have her power during the transition. Such a roadmap would finally come to legalize Rajoelina Andry`s power on top of a transition after a couple of years following March 2009`s putsch.  
 
Dr. Simao´s roadmap would consecrate putsch makers and confirm a totalitarian and unilateral power. The other spheres will have to bear it, whether they are inside or outside the transitional institutions.  The Rajoelina sphere needs the opposition´s presence in order to be recognized by the international commnunity. This is not yet on schedule.  
 
The nearly divine power granted by the draft to Andry Rajoelina is being challenged. These are outstanding powers deemed to be granted to a king or an elected president “, regretted Mamy Rakotoarivelo.  
 
By so doing, he was namely referring to the transitional leaders´ potentially granted power to appoint Prime minister, ministers, and parliament members. “There are things we cannot agree on the way they are, we would therefore sign in two or three days “, declared the sphere´s delegation chief and the TIM party´s secretary general.  
 
“My mandate is pledged by an agreement “, declared Mamy Rakotoarivelo furthermore for the sake of playing down Yves Rakotoarison´s hurried move towards the draft. The Ravalomanana sphere´s presence in Ivato was actually quite controversial.  
 
“The Ravalomanana sphere only appeared in order to display its will to contribute to the settlement of the crisis. This draft is part of the process, no matter how awfull it is. We accepted it as a draft, we are in no way ruling the possibility to reach a roadmap for we are going to put our point forth” he explained. 
 
“Leonardo Simao expects those who didn’t sign yet to change their mind. Nothing is perfected in politics, each and every side is thinking about the common interest and about a compromise” added Mamy Rakotoarivelo. “The political crisis has been lasting for years, affecting the economy and the population`s mindset “, protested the SADC´s mediator remaining optimistic as for the eventual signature of any roadmap. “We have completed an important step “, he/it summarized. The document is likely to serve as a common basis to the erection of a government and the preparation of free elections.
