Talks are beginning in Pretoria South Africa

Several dozens of Malagasy reporters have made for Pretoria to provide cover up to the event, as well as to the background talks. The leader of the High Authority of Transition was escorted by 14 reporters.

The Marc Ravalomanana mobility also had its squad of reporters from the capital city. The Maputo experience has led mobilities to provide for their personal press groups. The battle between Marc Ravalomanana and Andry Rajoelina is first and foremost an information battle.

All of the four leaders supposedly bound by the Maputo and Addis Ababa agreements are on stage. Head to head meetings are conducted beside the official assembly
