The electoral debate without too many debaters

Logistical gaps have been basically blamed for February 2nd’s failure to draw massive participation to the electoral debate meeting meant to take place inside the international conference center in Ivato. 

On the eve of the dialog’s day, civil society members affirmed not to have received any invitation, so did political parties. 

This dialogue was meant to be a debate about the legislative election, its date and its electoral code.
