Saraha Rabearisoa from Madagascar’s green party thinks that the next transitional government chief has to be a politically neutral technician

The Green Party for a technician and neutral Prime Minister

The green party is convinced that the Prime Minister should have no link at all with the political influence spheres bound by the Maputo agreements. According to Saharah Rabearisoa, the government chief should not be having a thing to do with the next elections, as a pledge for the vote’s neutrality.

The green party signed in to Ivato’s political deal supposed to lead to the reshuffle of Madagascar’s transition. According to this deal, the new Prime Minister will have to be proposed by political parties and appointed by Andry Rajoelina
