"The installation of offices for the SADC, the United Nations and the COI will be allowed if and only if the contitutional referendum´s results are recognized" stated the HAT foreign minister in a speech expected to put pressure on the international community still unwilling to obey the dictating power. THe struggle is now featuring the HAT vice admiral Ramaroson against the SADC

The HAT´s diplomacy chalenged by the SADC

The HAT´s foreign affairs minister is crusading against the main hurdle to international recognition: the SADC, by denouncing the alleged “mediators´bad faith”. These mediators are actually welcome, provided that they comply with the dictiating putsch originated rulers´ roadmap. They came in, but did not comply, and re-launched negotations anew between political forces.

“The SADC is keen on trapping everyone” stated Hippolyte Ramaroson, as a democratic transition was on the verge of coming true at the HAT´s expenses. The TGV diplomacy consists into imposing its referendum´s results making Andry Rajoelina today and tomorrow´s president. The dictating power would be bound to concede in return.

Allowing the SADC to establish offices on home soil is still off the point. The dictating power is straining to play the internationally mandated community´s power by a counterweight reinforced by the French presence, namely the COI and the OIF (French organizations) as part of an internation mediation to be put in place in Antananarivo.

Mauritius, all the way part of the SADC and the COI, has already made its position public, as its foreign minister officially stated that: “a democratic, inclusive and consensual transition is necessary”. Unthinkable for a HAT try ing to build up an illusion.

Vice admiral Hyppolite Ramaroson is losing his way in face of the SADC in the malagasy crisis. His mission is to enforce recognition for an unilaterally led referendum meant to empower a new transitional republic ruled by his highness Andry Rajoelina.. The people was mastered by repression and violence, it might not be that so easy with the international community.

The SADC keeps on mediating and drafting possible roadmaps for the sake of a trully democratic transition. The 100% Malagasy setllement is on the front stage, where all of the four political spheres are standing on the same equal footing, at the HAT´s planed decoy´s complete opposite

The HAT still attempts to convince the international communitiy although Andry Rajoelina declared that he would make do without international recognition and sell the country´s natural wealth out to countries giving no damn about democratic principles as well as with a friend-country. The dictating power is still straining to require international recognition supposed to be based on its referendum, with support from Turkey, Iran and Israel. China will only get content with having a grip on the commercial cake.
