The SADC mediation on standstill: the HAT installs its parliament

Political parties having bought and signed in to the HAT’s national conference are going to be rewarded, a list of 256 new parliamentarians will be published next week.

The transitional High Council will have 90 members who will occupy the Senate’s facilities, instead of the HAT’s 40 members
