The High Authority of Transition´s leader announced as he recovered Madagascar his intention to address political parties about the potential organization of elections in this year. Amazement is not scarce, even for those who supported his putsch in 2009. Andry Rajoelina has apparently not reached any decision on anything, let alone votes in this year. De retour au pays, le président de la Haute Autorité de la Transition a affirmé qu'il compte prochainement consulter les partis politiques en vue de prendre une décision sur les élections à organiser éventuellement cette année. Même dans le camp de ceux qui l'ont soutenu pour prendre le pouvoir en 2009, il y a un certain étonnement. Andry Rajoelina n'est toujours pas décidé sur la consultation électorale à organiser cette année.
