A diplomatic notice basically supposed to remain confidential was made public worldwide over the internet and the newspapers in Antananarivo by a leak. The concerned notice addresses the “neutralization of Marc Ravalomanana”, as well as “the country’s defense system weakening program”. European parliamentarians have officially been put in the picture about this notice. C'est a priori une fuite d'information qui a fait qu'une note diplomatique censée être confidentielle est étalée au grand jour dans le monde entier via internet et dans les journaux à Antananarivo. La note en question fait état notamment d'initiative de "neutralisation" de Marc Ravalomanana. La note parle aussi de "dispositif d'affaiblissement de l'outil de défense du pays".
