The local transitional leader joined Paris to meet with Laurent Fabius, the French Foreign Office Minister, supposed to emulate the Tanzanian Chief of State into trying to convince him to pull out of from the next incoming presidential race, hopefully with more success. Le chef de la Transition est à Paris pour rencontrer le ministre des Affaires étrangères, Laurent Fabius. Ce dernier tente de convaincre Andry Rajoelina de se retirer de la course à la prochaine présidentielle puisque le président tanzanien n'y était pas parvenu.
