General Andrianafidisoa and those of his own are thereupon the first ones to be entitled to the amnesty recommended by the SADC. The first beneficiaries are part of Marc Ravalomanana’s adversaries. General Tsaranazy, condemned in 2002, Pierrot Rajaonarivelo, contender into the next presidential election have both been granted with an amnesty. Marc Ravalomanana is not on this list. And nothing hints that his name would ever be found in any of the next ones, since the transitional ruling power appears absolutely not bound to accept his return from his south African exile. L'affaire BANI a été amnistiée. Il s'agit de l'affaire de tentative de coup d'Etat de 2006 contre Marc Ravalomana mais pas celle de 2010 qui a demandé le départ du régime Rajoelina. Le général Andrianafidisoa et ses compagnons figurent ainsi dans la première vague de personnalités amnistiées dans le pays, sur la recommandation de la SADC.
