Andry Rajoelina devra également présider finalement les festivités du 26 juin car il reste chef d'Etat. The National Independent Electoral Commission has addressed the eluding presidential election's candidates on June 21st in its facilities in Alarobia. The Electoral Commission solemnly announced that the elections basically supposed to take place on July 24th will not and gets officially postponed.
