Le projet d’ordonnance sur la vacance de poste au niveau de la présidence de la Transition, en cas de démission du président, a suscité la vraie polémique au niveau du parlement. Les membres du Congrès se sont penchés sur le projet de texte. Et les parlementaires de la mouvance Ravalomanana sont sortis de la salle en signe de protestation.
