The ousted president Marc Ravalomanana and his political sphere turned Leonardo Simao´s proposal down. This roadmap is actually granting legitimacy to the year 2009´s putsch, confirmed Mamy Rakotoarivelo, the Ravalomanana sphere´s delegation chief.
