A French clerc murdered in Mandritsara

According to the French foreign office, “Mrs Helesbeux was fully engaged towards the population of Mandritsara, in the North of Madagascar, where she has been working as a nurse over several years. The French embassy’s services are closely following the investigation led by the police forces in Mandritsara.”
Since the beginning of the social and political crisis on the great isle, insecurity has been growing on end, for locals as well as for foreign nationals. In 2012, a French couple got assassinated in Toliara, and kidnappings of people of French or Indian origins have not come to an end either. One year ago, one Frenchman and an Englishman were found dead on the beach of Andavadoaka, in the South. All regions  may now consider themselves as affected by rampaging insecurity. Dahalo raids on villages have actually resumed, and the security forces have no strategy proving efficient enough to prevent let alone deter them
