The High Authority of Transition particularly wants to seduce the youth for the incoming elections

A kind wink from the Transition’s team to the youth

The HAT president himself was keen on attending youths’ gatherings organized in Antananarivo. The Transition’s leader promised several times a better future to the Madagascan youth.

During a tour aiming at installing the new Chief the Amoron’Imania Region in Ambositra city, Rajoelina announced the construction of a new gymnasium. It’s an easier word to say than to hold on considering the small available state budget, but a solemnly given word anyhow.

Youths’ gatherings have become a platform for the HAT president to promise 200 million Ariary to finance some participants’ projects. The gathering anyway ended on pointless match, a gain less three days long meeting for the youths.

The national Youth Meeting has anyway become a golden occasion for the Transition to show off. Andry Rajoelina knows that it is hardly possible to be elected president without the support of the 18 to 35 years old majority, hence this latest campaign targeting its representatives coming from the island’s 22 regions.

The youth population has been remaining quite high in the Great Isle due to a high birth rate. Although the Madagascan youth is far to be thoroughly supporting Andry Rajoelina’s cause in regard of the commitment of the growing number of students and laid off young workers who demand the restoration of Marc Ravalomanana.

Marc Ravalomanana also received an outstanding support from the youth in 2002 during the electoral period of his rise to power. Every political party which conquered the power in Madagascar definitely owe it to the youths’ support
