A soldier at the Foreign Office, is it?

Following his decision to do away with the Maputo agreements for good, Andry Rajoelina has been launching a new trend by repeatedly appointing militaries on top jobs. The new Prime minister, Camille Vital, who replaced the ousted national unity Prime minister, Eugene Mangalaza, is an army colonel.
