Andry Rajoelina drops the United States for France

Yes, Andry Rajoelina would have been allowed to enter the United States but voluntarily refrained from doing so. The HAT´s presidency had to put an end to “the baseless allegations spreaded by some news” according to which the authority´s leader was denied a visa, as a matter of one more punch against the reactionary press: “Andry Nirina Rajoelina was granted a visa for a stay in the United States with his diplomatic passport “. 

The Malagasy  do now know where did the leader imposed to them plan to got. Does he still want to go to America? His palace´s communiqué does not provide any clear point on that issue. “He (Andry Rajoelina) joined France on personal incentives”. It is definitely not a family father bound to take his children on holidays abroad who know addresses the way to enforce unilateral elections with the president of the HAT´s first international allied organization. 

The Secretary General of the International organization of the French speaking countries (OIF), Abdou Diouf, promised to Andry Rajoelina “consequent support to the organization of incoming elections in Madagascar “. Long before the eluding international recognition of the régime, the OIF is going to send some experts deemed to train Malagasy programmers on the use of a highly effective electoral softwares. 

The HAT is promoting the key software ” capable of releasing whatever required information concerning each and every voter “. So far it is merely coming up to a simple request to a database. Here is what happens to be more interesting: “the same software will be displaying temporary results within few hours “. Why not? 

The technical solution is a wee bit late since the imposed authority announced the conclusion of the electoral list drafting operation to come true on July 31st, 2011. The resort to this software cannot do away with the lack of the political settlement. Could the HAT keep on enforcing elections without any shadow of a democratic transition, it would come up to a miracle if the international community let it get away with it merely because of the use of a modern software granted by the imposed power´s single allies, France and the OIF 

“This software has already been put to the test in Niger and proved its reliability to the international Community”. The HAT would now be making a pledge for free and fair elections out of technical performance. So what if/when it fails again?  The HAT declared  that the SADC´s International mediation team would contribute to the official signature of the – amended – roadmap during August 2011´s first week. What if figures supposed to sign are missing?
