Andry Rajoelina: Gaborone does bring no change for the dictating power

Andry Rajoelina and the HAT are playing on two pitches at a time. On one hand, the dictating power´s leader carries his seduction campaign on in order to convince the SADC´s presidents to validate his power. On the other hand, he prepares his local support to defend his power and his elections potentially rejected by the international community. “We are not going to accept to be manipulated any more, if it doesn’t work to Gaborone, we´ll keep on on our way”, he declared during the celebration of the year 2011´s rice harvest in the region of Itasy.   
The Rajoelina disguised in collection of various political forces intends to join Gaborone merely in order to sign the Simao draft, accepted as such in Ivato, although it brought not a shadow of change to the crisis. Andry Rajoelina has, ever since, made good use of the royal power granted by mediator Simao, namely by imposing his Prime minister anew as chief of his national unity government. 
In Gaborone, the HAT is not appearing bound to give in. “We have been conceding enough”, emphasized Andry Rajoelina. The leader of the dictating power rejected each and every negotiation of the draft, and longs for being definitely recognized as chief of state, transitional president, as well as for the submission of the other spheres, meant to be embedded inside the state controlled institutions. 
“He is written that no one is entitled to any veto on the implementation of the aforesaid roadmap “. Andry Rajoelina would mistrust Marc Ravalomanana and his political sphere , quite likely to challenge the draft.  “we are not the ones who wrote this roadmap down, but it was not done that so likely”, insisted the chief of the TGV. “If they do not want to accept this roadmap the way it is, let them be out of it… Neither the Malagasy nation nor its politicians are needing them “.   
As Dr. Simao´s document did not make it completely when imposing Rajoelina as a leader entitled to more of power than an elected president, the dictating power´s leader resorted to a former argument. “A milestone fact cannot be denied, it is the referendum “, he said. Andry Rajoelina believes that the other African presidents are not allowed to question the constitution anew, which granted him full, including the one to run the presidential elections. “Which constitution in which country is going as far as requiring an acting president to resign two months before the vote “, he challenged. 
In the Rajoelina sphere´s ranks, money is even being put on the meeting´s failure in Gaborone. The other spheres are therefore being ordered to accept the “Simao-Rajoelina roadmap”. Rolland Ratsiraka believes the failure of Gaborone to be unavoidable. How could Marc Ravalomanana and his sphere ever accept a roadmap casting him aside in exile. The idea of turning defectors of the exiled president´s sphere into its official representatives, is on its way
