Antananarivo, a disgraceful capital city going under

The urban municipality of Antananarivo finds it hard to keep in control of the situation. Edgar Razafindravahy, the current Special Delegation´s president, and his colleagues are repeatedly pointing at a lack of resources, fail however from convincing, for their close links to Andry Rajoelina are no secret to the capital city´s population. As a former mayor of the capital city, the transitional leader is supposed to be able to assess the issue and support his former advisor.
The rainy season and the recent cyclone do not contribute to improve the situation in the City of the Thousand Ones. Some streets are growing as much mud as in the bush.
