Camille Vital promoted brigadier general

Since latest April 7th, Camille Vital is effectively Prime minister and supposedly defense minister. The reality is that his supposedly fired defense minister is effectively holding on  to his officiall former position. General Noel Rakotonandrasana is challenging Camille Vital for real. The latter has recently been promoted brigadier general by the latest Cabinet meeting held on April 08th. The decision ought to have come forth long ago 

The Prime minister seems currently in a better position to rule the defense department. The power transfer debate is, from now on, going to be a head to head one between generals. Christmas Rakonandrasana displayed evidences of brash while answering to a reporter this way: “let him come and deserve his position” while being surrounded by heavily armed soldiers.
