Camille Vital is theoretically already a consensual prime minister on top of a government made of technicians. The newly appointed general completed his mission when securing the transitional regime and successfully repressing any opposition. In spite of controversial methods, the current HAT prime minister happens to be highly relevant for the Rajoelina sphere.

Camille Vital, the Rajoelina sphere´s consensual prime minister

Camille Vital would allegedly not be part of the Rajoelina sphere; this is at least the Rajoelina´s latest argument in order to keep its prime minister in charge. The recovery of the negotiation table for the sake of recovering democracy in the transitional period is increasingly turning out to be a concern for the ruling power. It is focusing on a single thing: defending its gains, and making them legal through political tricks.

A likely come back of Prof. Eugene Mangalaza on top of a consensual government is weakening the HAT and the Rajoelina sphere. The TGV is requiring its general to be left in charge for having successfully defended the power, and presented hereby the following and amazing assertion: Camille Vital is not part of the Rajoelina sphere, but a man from the Ratsiraka one. What would consequently be the point of having Mangalaza as prime minister, in compliance with the Maputo and Addis Ababa agreements, now that the TGV and its allies had appointed their own one? The government might all for most be reshuffled in the run out of the openness process; anything else is off the point.

Vital-Rajoelina, the tandem

The ESCOPOL, another group of Rajoelina´s allies, is longing for a prime minister chosen by super president Rajoelina: “we need a consensus originated prime minister pledging stability, either Camille Vital or another one, bound to cooperate with him without conflict” stated Cyrille Rasamizafy, the new party´s new leader. The previous political discussion ring now turned into a simple ally of the Rajoelina sphere is just as so simply longing for the general to be kept in charge for the sake of continuity and stability.

Camille Vital was ordered to put a solid grip on the state engine, and promoted general by Rajoelina. The tandem successfully established its control over the country. In the name of the HAT´s supreme security, individual freedom, press reporters, economic operators as well as opponents got a taste of what it feels to be oppressed by dictatorship.

The HAT leadership was expectedly turned “legal” on December, 6th 2010, by a Rajoelina constitution. The other institutions are however not ruled by this new fundamental law introducing the new republic. The unilaterally and far too undemocratically casted referendum is logically supposed to be a point break. But still the HAT is happening to be compelled to keep on dealing with the ones it is supposed to have got rid of. The Rajoelina sphere has been finding it hard to submit the other political spheres from March 2009 to this day. The stumbling block remains the same, though with different actors: don´t touch the prime minister
