The year 2009´s putsch makers are still scared to death by Marc Ravalomanana´s return from exile and oppose it with all of their forces. The HAT and the army put their grip on power in an unconstitutional way and strain to keep things going their way by breaching the SADC´s and international community´s recommendations deemed to lead to a democratic transition and to elections.

Marc Ravalomanana´s come back home gives a fright to the HAT and its army

The Ravalomanana sphere clearly announced that the exiled president´s recovery of home soil was recommended by the SADC in the run of talks concerning the Simao roadmap in Gaborone. The HAT denied this, as the roadmap was being altered before being validated by the SADC´s decision making level.
The double declaration produced by the armed forces and the dictating power´s chief was deciphered by Mamy Rakotoarivelo, chief of the Ravalomanana sphere´s delegation. “The police and armed forces´ statements were without surprise dictated by the HAT. When having been asked to take part to talks in Gaborone, the turned the offer down and left the issue to politicians ” he declared. Following the resolutions of Sandton, the army changed its mind and politically supported the HAT. The statement read by the joint headquarters´ chief expressed a complete opposition to president Ravalomanana´s return home and the determination to act consequently, could this ever come true.
The Ravalomanana sphere denounced what looks like a genuine declaration of war. “The army contributed to the putsch when supporting Andry Rajoelina, but the political problem´s political solution stemmed from the SADC. One part of the Malagasy army is serving the HAT, and enjoys privileges in its transition “, reacted Mamy Rakotoarivelo. .
Andry Rajoelina is actually not ready to face up in elections to the one he reversed with support from a fringe of the army, and renounces to accept the  SADC´s verdict rendered in Sandton with wisdom and serenity. “After Gaborone´s stage, Andry Rajoelina announced his committment to apply the SADC´s decisions “, recalled Mamy Rakotoarivelo.
“Andry Rajoelina´s U-turn is not that amazing, he has previously disowned his own signature, has he not? “, underlined the chief of the Ravalomanana delegation. ” president Ravalomanana´s return is going to bring lull back to the country “, he reiterated.
The unsual alliance between the armed and the national police forces is definitely reenacting the year 2009´s events, namely by blaming troubles and terror acts on the opposition to the ruling regime, a completely out of touch speech in June 2011 regarding the military and judicial repression.
The armed forces endowed with quite a few peculiar advantages by their self made supreme leader might find the time as too early for changes. The uniformed figures´ political analysis of the return to normality since the beginning 2011 is not shared. Madagascar is firmly on its way to dictatorship, as a matter of fact.
