in response to the resolutions of the SADC´s Summit that took place in Sandton on June 12th, 2011, Andry Rajoelina and its army controlled by officers who supported his putsch in 2009, vividly reacted against Marc Ravalomanana´s return to home country. The chief of the imposed authority stated a simple argument, while trying to enforce the idea, according to which a draft proposed by Leonardo Simao would prevail, no matter the decision taken by the Summit of its presidents.

Resolutions of Sandton: Andry Rajoelina mocking the SADC

“The HAT leaders are pushing without conditions for the implementation of the roadmap “, declared Andry Rajoelina. On the other hand, the imposed authority´s chief challenges the SADC´s presidents by intending not to comply with the recommendations produced during the Summit of Sandton. To the elected mayor of Antananarivo, the Simao roadmap gives full power so why on earth altering it? “He is stipulated in the roadmap that it could not possibly be altered “, he declared. Andry Rajoelina keeps on in its unilateral strategy undercover of the Simao document´s implementation
The HAT´s chief openly mocks the SADC´s presidents thereupon on the issue Marc Ravalomanana. “Concerning the return home of those who chose exile, the mediators conceded the decision to the HAT alone “. The army, the state police and the police forces´representatives subsequently emulated and produced made a common point. “The police forces do oppose former president Marc Ravalomanana´s immediate return for the sake of preserve public order and express their determination to take the necessary measures to prevent this return “.
The amnesty, a blade sharpened since 2009,
The HAT´s institutions are addressing the amnesty issue mainly in order to prevent the return of their number one adversary. The TGV had been using all possible means in order to disparage president Ravalomanana, namely by blaming him for casualties. Even though this strategy has been denounced by the former leaders, the events of February 07th came true as Andry Rajoelina sent his militants to the conquest of the presidential palace. The guards replied as mobs ran straight away to the gate.
More than two years later, this drama is always remaining a political weapon as the HAT swiftly organized series of openly political suits against Marc Ravalomanana in order to rule him out of from the political stage. “Crimes cannot be pardonned, no one can force us to do so”, claimed Andry Rajoelina, whose responsibility in the events have been forgotten by his ruling justice. The year 2009´s crisis related trials have actually all been led by the Justice minister appointed on the place of May 13th.
Andry Rajoelina is opened to the return of former president Didier Ratsiraka. His Justice minister even counseled the admiral’s lawyers on the way to cancel his condemnations.  In the Ravalomanana issue, iAndry Rajoelina is the one to decide. “It will come true when the political situation is no more likely to be upset by such a return “, he said, when referring to the Simao roadmap. “Could he ever come back, he would have to face up to his own responsibilities, since no one escapes the rule of  law”, pleaded Rajoelina. So, the pattern is: the latest former president is a criminal, and Ratsiraka a retired Raimandreny.
