In a counterproposal given to Joaquim Chissano, the SADC´s main mediator, Marc Ravalomanana´s political sphere is suggesting the ousted president´s return to be immediately following the erection of a genuine national unity government

The negotiating sides are very likely to reach no common ground on this issue due to an incredibly sharp antagonism.

Everything is technically speaking a matter of lobbying.  Could Marc Ravalomanana provide the SADC with relevant incentives for his immediate return, Andry Rajoelina will find himself in a tricky position
