The expected encounter between Malagasy army commanders and the SADC’s officers

The military delegation sent by the SADC led by General Trevor Meyer, from South Africa, and General Charles Jitenga from Tanzania, will have their first contact with the whole of the Malagasy army’s ruling tier including the national police forces‘ top command.
