The HAT blaming France: a terror psychosis on propaganda background

 
   
The HAT diplomacy´s number one has always been everything but a diplomat. Once again, navy officer Hyppolite Ramaroson paraded his propagandist talents, but turned them this time around against France about the Rakotoarivelo case. “It is a violation of the sovereignty of the Malagasy people “, he declared in Antsiranana in the run of a Malagasy navy ceremony. The vice-admiral is calling upon France to leave the Malagasy justice investigating in peace. The diplomacy devoted to the HAT is anyway bitterly condemning this shape of “interference”.   
Hyppolite Ramaroson presented a letter in France containing a very poor advocacy deemed to enforce acceptation of the alleged attempt directed against the HAT leader, with Mamy Rakotoarivelo pointed as the foregone guilt. A real row of murdering attempts is being described as their new role as “political weapon in Madagascar “.   
So, an explosive device which failed from destroying the crash-barrier was supposed to kill the president of the dictating authority inside his armored car, wasn´t it? Public confessions turned into a live show pointed at Mamy Rakotoarivelo as the one who backed the attempt supposed to terminate Andry Rajoelina and, by so doing, break the stalemate in the country. The script failed from convincing, is now being challenged.   
The investigators had no suspicions, but merely addressed a possible assumption. Hyppolite Ramaroson recalled in his letter to France that Mamy Rakotoarivelo has repeatedly been mentioned in the previous makeshift explosive device case. “The same happened in 2010, justice summoned him to surrender, but he never obliged “.   
The vice-admiral put his foot in it when taking credibility away from nowadays´ruling justice, and unveiling the real incentives of the foregone accusations. Hyppolite Ramaroson is blaming France for swaying sides between intolerance against terrorism at home and critical attitude against the HAT willing to emulate in Madagascar.   
Grenade attacks against the Justice and foreign ministers´ homes, unexpected collateral casualties from makeshift explosive devices, a demented individual willing to set a bus alight, an attack against Rajoelina´s TV station´s facilities are the terrorist acts in Madagascar presented by minister Ramaroson.  The HAT´s diplomacy leader is all for most eager to convinced that an armed insurgency is being challenging the putsch makers empowered since 2009.   
“we are noticing with due concern the judicial procedure which led on March 15th, to the arrest of one of the Tiako I Madagasikara (TIM) party and opposition leader, Mamy Rakatoarivelo, as well as the extension of his preventive custody to 15 days” declared Paris. The HAT could however not bear that Paris was holding such a case as a potential stumbling block in the implementation of the SADC´s draft, for Mamy Rakotoarivelo is actually one of the main negotiators.
