The HAT proposing a diplomatic replacement position to Noel Rakotonandrasana

The dismissed general would have hinted to proxies that turning into a military advisor for an embassy wouldn’t match his expectations, despite the substantial income, seen that Madagascan diplomats are among the world’s best paid officials.
