The HPM militates for the charter of transition and the general amnesty

These brief structures born after any popular movement or a political crisis in Madagascar could have enhanced the ranks of the democracy defence committee or those of the transition. The collective HPM can hardly exist presently though its position is explicitly in favour of the regime of transition of Andry Rajoelina. 

According to the president of the HPM, its goal is the destruction of the Ravalomanana regime but also the erection of a concerted and inclusive transition. “The charter is the only exit to the crisis “, said Harison Razafindrakoto.
