Although the attention has been focused on the battle of chiefs within the High Authority of the Transition during the latest days, the legalistic party keeps on militating for Marc Ravalomanana's return to power.

The legalistic party wants a Transition without Andry Rajoelina

“TSAR”, which could stand for TWAR, is the new legalistic creed, and reads “Transition without Andry Rajoelina”. On different occasions, Marc Ravalomanana’s partisans have reiterated the necessity to grant the Transition’s presidency to somebody else than Andry Rajoelina.

On the Magro square, the exiled president’s partisans keep on gathering on a daily basis, the movement’s leaders, reminding that Rajoelina is no better a putsch maker, and Marc Ravalomanana, emphasizing, through phone line, his commitment not to sign any deal meant to grant legitimacy to putsch makers, as far as he is concerned.

Besides, the Ravalomanana mobility representatives have just specified that the signature of an agreement on the Transition’s key positions is necessary. This specification is serving as a response to the recent declarations made byTiébilé Dramé, UN mediator in the Malagasy crisis, which argued that the four mobility leaders’ signatures were not paramount. “A signature is the single proof of each and everyone’s agreement on the principle” confirmed Fetison Andrianirina again.

The Ravalomanana mobility is definitely bound to participate into the next four party leaders’ talks. Be it either around the negotiation table or on public places, this mobility only wants one mere thing: a Transition without Rajoelina
