The incident that happened at the time of the UN General Assembly keeps on causing vivid reactions from the Rajoelina mobility. The Leader Fanilo wants Madagascar to leave the SADC once for all, while Prime minister Monja Roindefo has sent a letter asking for explanations from the regional organization's country members’ representatives.

The UN “scandal” is a cause for obsession for the Rajoelina mobility

The transitional government’s chief does not want to let the embarrassement undergone by the president of the HAT, namely as he has been denied to make a speech in New York, go down like a lead balloon. Therefore, he is condemning the SADC led action and putting pressure on the diplomatic body. Following a letter to require explanations from the SADC country members’ representatives, Monja Roindefo has also let  to mean his government’s displease to the UN Secretary General as for the hindrance against Andry Rajoelina from making a speech.

An insult against Andry Rajoelina is an insult against Malagasy people’s, as such reads the message which the HAT’s allies are trying to put across in order to swallow the unease caused by the UN events. The Leader Fanilo party is particularly infuriated against the SADC which did its possible best to hinder Madagascar’s representative from making a speech to the United Nations. “These are people who trample our country’s honour”, vociferated Manase Esoavelomandroso.

The president of Leader Fanilo wonders whether it is still possible to work further more with the SADC country members or not. He is definitely calling upon Madagascar’s withdrawal from this regional organization. “The president Andry Rajoelina had already told it a few months ago” Manase Esoavelomandroso dixit. This insistence for casting the SADC aside is actually motivated by the will to unilaterally impose a home grown solution to the country’s political crisis. A visa denial for the SADC members is being proposed.

The Leader Fanilo party proposes short-term elections, and even puts forth December 13th, 2009 to elect congress members. The goal is to have an assembly supposed to reinforce the transitional regime’s legal bases. Such an initiative would be contrary to the Maputo agreements. Although, it does not seem to hinder Manase Esoavelomandroso from standing by the international community’s involvement and support more indeed, to the monitoring of the poles’ organization.

The SADC has, recently, become the leading group monitoring elections in Madagascar. The Leader Fanilo party president is referring to partners and backers supposed to back the organization of the election. He is standing by the current National Electoral Council to start and manage the process. According to Manase Esoavelomandroso, the use of the unique bulletin and the electoral campaign budget restriction are necessary to get a democratic process. A quick election would permit turning away from Maputo.
