The Malagasy political crisis is evolving. The southern city of Toliara is currently tenser as it newer was before. Following the arrest of two opposition members, another couple of persons have been sent behind bars. Anger promptly burst out in the opposition. Jeannot Roberval, an alleged proxy of Camille Vital, the HAT Prime Minister, has been held in custody by opposition youths in retaliation. The authorities uttered the expression “hostage taking”. The concerned opponents to the HAT are stemming from the “Toko be Telo” group. L'organisation des rencontres, jusqu'au niveau des districts, coûterait environ 600 millions Ariary. Pour le moment, la Haute Autorité de la Transition hésite à mettre la main à la poche.
