A diplomatic notice basically supposed to remain confidential was made public worldwide over the internet and the newspapers in Antananarivo by a leak. The concerned notice addresses the “neutralization of Marc Ravalomanana”, as well as “the country’s defense system weakening program”. European parliamentarians have officially been put in the picture about this notice. For having been anyhow connected with the BANI base camp related mutiny, General Heriniaina Raolina and Noel Rakotonandrasana got forced out into retirement as a consequence of military led investigation. In the run of his visit in Betroka, in the southern part of Madagascar, the transitional leader officially presented the special squad led by his Colonel Lylison Rene, namely a special squad made of 200 men.
