The transitional leader preferred to leave the stage in Dar Es Salam to a couple of his closest advisors. A meeting between Andry Rajoelina and Marc Ravalomanana is basically meant to take place in Tanzania while the SADC is itself gathering in the country's Capital city, but the transitional leader rather sent his closest mentors, namely Norbert Ratsirahonana and Annick Rajaona in his own stead. The transitional leader Andry Rajoelina argued to have received no invitation to attend the SADC led next meeting in Tanzania with the former president Marc Ravalomanana, and does consequently not plan to get there at all. One more shot in the dark in the crisis settlement process, which mainly gravitates around both leading figures. As for Marc Ravalomanana, he and his closest advisors are already waiting in Tanzania, while the SADC’s troika addresses the Malagasy crisis related issue, among various other points, in the Capital city Dar Es Salaam.
