France happened to be the single major power supporting the Malagasy imposed authority´s leader´s intention to organize the signing of the SADC´s amended roadmap in an unilateral way. Monja Roindefo, the HAT´s former Prime minister, vehemently challenges and predicts complete failure for such a plan. The SADC´s Troika´s delegation members are expecting in Antananarivo for Tomas Salomao´s arrival, the executive secretary. They are planning to meet the Malagasy political forces and organize the signing of the roadmap on Friday, September 16th 2011.
