The disappointment is huge for the supporters of ousted president Marc Ravalomanana as a consequence of the new amnesty bill happening to be ruling the former head of state out, condemned by the HAT’s justice for murder in the case February 7th, 2009. True reconciliation between the main opposing sides in this crisis is definitely impossible. Everyone is in expectation of the Ravalomanana sphere’s reaction to this. Will the almost unanimous vote of the Amnesty Law for the sake of National Reconciliation be reconciling the Malagasy? The amnesty draft expected to bring national reconciliation back has been passed by both chambers of the transitional parliament dominated by Rajoelina’s sphere. The result is not surprising considering that not a single parliamentarian has ever been elected. The TGV made law happens to be putting the odd ones out without having to extensively name them. Le projet de loi d’amnistie pour la réconciliation nationale a été voté par les deux chambres du parlement de la transition dominées par la mouvance Rajoelina. C’est en effet la loi de majorité qui a été appliquée alors qu’aucun élu ne siège au parlement. Sans nommer les personnes ciblées pour en bénéficier ou en être écartées, la loi des TGV a été sélective.
